This high-quality cavity protection has been specifically developed for demanding automotive applications and offers reliable, long-lasting protection against corrosion. As a high-performance anti-corrosion agent, the spray is ideal for all preservation work where cavities must be protected long-term – both in vehicle manufacturing and in other technical sectors.

The sealant unfolds its full potential in sensitive areas such as doors, rocker panels, frame parts, or structural pillars. Particularly in camping vehicles and vans, where significant condensation often occurs due to temperature differences, the product ensures effective protection from the inside out. Moisture is reliably displaced, while existing signs of rust are penetrated and isolated. This prevents the formation of rust in the long term and significantly extends the service life of the treated components.

The special wax-like formula is characterized by excellent creeping properties. Even the smallest gaps and hard-to-reach crevices are reached and permanently sealed. At the same time, the protective layer remains flexible and elastic, ensuring it does not crack even with strong temperature fluctuations or material movements. Combined with its high adhesion and very good resistance to saltwater, it creates a reliable protective film that remains durable even under demanding conditions.

Application

• Bring the can to room temperature before use
• Shake vigorously for at least 2 minutes (starting from when the mixing ball is audible)
• Apply in several thin layers
• Spray cavities such as rocker panels or pillars completely using a probe
• Surface must be dry, dust-free, and grease-free
• Ideal application temperature: 15 – 25 °C
• Do not spray on rubber surfaces
• In case of rust infestation: Remove rust and pretreat with a rust converter
• Post-treatment recommended every 2–3 years for vehicles
• Cleaning of residues possible with a suitable special cleaner
