Electrical Installation
We've put a lot of thought into the electrical installation for the VW T5, T6, T6.1. For all vehicles with a sliding door on the right, we have a plug-and-play power box with connections for the second battery, shore power, and a complete distribution system for 12V and 230V in the vehicle. We also offer a modular package for retrofitting the second battery under the driver's seat.
Installation of the pop-up roof
We are an official SCA installation partner and offer you every roof from the SCA catalogue for VW Transporters. We recommend the SCA 290 for the short wheelbase or the SCA 292 for the long wheelbase to our customers, as it offers enormous comfort and superb workmanship.
Window installation
We add additional windows to the passenger cabin of every VW panel van. These are high-quality sliding windows that are not only thermally insulated but also feature privacy glazing – so you are protected from unwanted glances while still being able to enjoy the view.
Front passenger seat and rear bench seat
We also offer clever and practical solutions when it comes to seating. Whether it's a single seat or a double bench – we upgrade your cockpit with swivel modules, so the passenger seat becomes a couch in the living room. In addition, we install a two-seater rear bench that can be converted into a comfortable bed in no time. This way, we use the space effectively and offer you comfortable options to relax and unwind.
Installation of the auxiliary heater
So that you can spend cozy and safe nights in your camper van even on cold days, we install air parking heaters. We have only had positive experiences with the Autoterm 2D so far. The new Comfort control unit even offers a thermostat mode. We always install the heater in VW Transporters with original vents in the B-pillar of your Bulli.
Running water
In addition to installing a Dometic sink, we are also installing a water system with fresh and grey water canisters. These are invisibly hidden in a pull-out drawer at the rear and can be emptied and filled at any time.
Van insulation
We insulate your camper exactly to your wishes. For this, we use aluminum butyl, which absorbs vibrations from the vehicle's sheet metal. Armaflex is used for thermal insulation. In addition, we complete every insulation with felt - it not only adapts perfectly to uneven surfaces but also looks good.
Off-road tires
If you want to be well-equipped off-road, then you've come to the right place. We are happy to equip your vans with AT tires from various brands. We ourselves drive various models in sizes from 16 to 18 inches on our vehicles. This way, we can provide you with perfect advice regarding comfort, fuel consumption, and speedometer adjustment.
