MobyOne bed system for the VW 2-seater bench T5-T6.1

Our MobyOne bed system is the perfect addition to our MobyOne cabinet system and is designed specifically for use with the original VW 2-seater bench.
Once the bench has been folded forward, you simply need to flip over one additional board, which is supported by 2 legs, and the sleeping area is ready.

What does "Comfort" stand for?

Our Comfort bed system differs from the Classic version in one essential point - the cutouts in the sleeping surface.

Honeycomb-shaped cutouts are milled out of the bed panels.
This has the advantage that the sleeping surface becomes more flexible, behaving more like a conventional slatted frame, the mattress is ventilated much better, and there is also a significant weight saving, which in turn allows you to carry more luggage.

Sleeping area: 196 cm x 122 cm.

The bed system and the mattress (optional) follow the contours of the vehicle body (see images), so the dimensions provided are maximum values.

The legs of the bed system must be shortened with an angle grinder or saw to match the height of your floor construction.

OPTIONAL: Vanmade mattress in 10cm thickness:

All our bed systems can optionally be equipped with a 10cm thick cold foam mattress from the brand Vanmade. These are characterized not only by the cold foam developed especially for campers and the optimal cut, but also by the two-part, removable fabric cover. The top fabric is as comfortable as your mattress at home, and the bottom fabric provides optimal protection against dirt and wear. This means you can also use the mattress outside.

The mattress is folded up during the journey and stored behind the bench to save space until you have found a nice place to spend the night.
Whether folded out or not, the storage space under the sleeping surface and the holder for the table are accessible at any time via the rear of the vehicle.

In the version for the long wheelbase, there is an additional board behind the bench, which can be folded forward if necessary to create even more storage space.
The area under the bench is used by a generous drawer for storage.
