Our MobyOne bed system is the perfect addition to our MobyOne cabinet system and is precisely designed for use with the original VW 2-seater bench seat.
Once the bench seat has been folded forward, only one more board needs to be folded over, which is supported by 2 legs, and the sleeping surface is ready.

What does "Comfort" stand for?

Our Comfort bed system differs from the Classic version in one significant aspect – namely, the cut-outs in the sleeping surface.

Here, honeycomb-shaped cut-outs are milled out of the bed boards.
This results in the sleeping surface becoming more flexible, thus behaving more like a conventional slatted frame, the mattress is much better ventilated, and furthermore, there is a not insignificant weight saving, which in turn allows you to carry more luggage.

Sleeping surface: 196 cm x 122 cm.

The bed system and mattress follow the contours of the body (see pictures), so the stated dimensions are maximum values.

The legs of the bed system must be shortened to match the height of your floor structure using an angle grinder or saw.

Vanmade mattress with 10cm thickness:

All our bed systems are equipped with a 10cm thick cold foam mattress from Vanmade. These are characterized not only by the cold foam specially developed for campers and the optimal cut, but also by the two-part, removable fabric cover. The top fabric is as comfortable as your mattress at home, and the bottom fabric optimally protects against dirt and wear. This way, you can also use the mattress outdoors.

The mattress is folded during travel and stored space-savingly behind the bench seat until you have found a nice spot to spend the night.
Whether folded out or not, the storage space under the sleeping surface and the bracket for the table are accessible at all times via the rear of the vehicle.

In the version for the long wheelbase, there is another board behind the bench seat, which can be folded forward if necessary to create even more storage space.
The area under the bench seat is used by a generous drawer for storage.
