Cladding tailgate / wing door "chair garage" incl. storage compartments T5-T6.1

Tailgate / Wing Door Panel for VW T5, T6 and T6.1 incl. Storage Compartments for 2 Front Runner Expander Chairs

To make optimal use of every centimeter of storage space, we have developed a stylish tailgate panel for VW T5-T6.1 including a chair garage, where two camping chairs, e.g., the Expander model from our partner Front Runner, can be stowed perfectly.
This gives the chairs a fixed and secure place that would otherwise go unused, creating more room in the trunk for other camping utensils or similar items.

With our "Chair Garage" tailgate panel, you can create storage space in your VW T5-T6.1 for 2 camping chairs and also enhance the interior of your camper van.

You can get the chair garage from us...

• as a set of 2 for wing doors or the tailgate
• prepared and assembled ready for installation
• in a wood and felt color that matches your conversion.

The chair garage is developed for installation in T5, T6 and T6.1 Transporter panel vans, Kombis or cargo vans. The panel fits Caravelle and Multivan models if the tailgate only has standard trim at the bottom. Our panel does not fit vehicles with full-height tailgate trim (Multivan, California).

The Front Runner Expander chairs are not included in the scope of delivery, but are available separately in our store.

For the tailgate, we recommend retrofitting reinforced struts so that the tailgate can be opened without any problems. These are also available from us; feel free to contact us about them.

The version for wing doors is a set consisting of two individual panels with mounts for both doors. Regardless of whether you have wing doors or a tailgate, you only need to order this item once.
