Autoterm Comfort Control – The new premium control panel for Autoterm/Planar auxiliary heaters

The Autoterm Comfort Control is the most modern and user-friendly control for Autoterm/Planar diesel auxiliary heaters. Developed based on extensive customer feedback, it offers a completely redesigned look, easier operation, and numerous new functions.

Modern design & intuitive operation
Instead of large buttons, the Comfort Control features an elegant multi-function rotary knob, complemented by a back button and a quick start/stop button. Despite its extended range of functions, the control panel is more compact than its predecessor (PU-27) and, at 82 × 37 × 19 mm, discreetly blends into any camper. A completely new feature is the fully German menu navigation.

Four heating modes for maximum flexibility

• Thermostat mode (NEW): Heating at full load operation until target temperature, automatic re-ignition when temperature drops – hysteresis adjustable between +3 and –7 °C.

• Heat & ventilation: Automatic switching between heating and ventilation modes for constant temperature.

• Power mode: The heater runs continuously at a fixed, pre-selected power.

• Temperature mode: Gentle regulation and shutdown according to desired room temperature (hysteresis +1/–4 °C).
  Additionally, the device offers a pure fan function for better air circulation.

More safety & comfort

• Voltage monitoring: Adjustable protection against deep discharge of the batteries.

• Burn-off reminder: Regular reminders for optimal use and lifespan of the auxiliary heater.

• Timer function: Three individually programmable timers – daily, weekdays, or on freely selectable days.

• Optimized error diagnostics & improved temperature sensor.

Plug & Play & optional secondary control
The Comfort Control is easy to connect and can replace older panels such as PU-5 or PU-27 if required. A new option is to operate the heater with the additional Push Control from a second location – perfect for the driver's seat or bed.
