If you want to equip your camper electrically, you need more than a battery and a charger. At MobyVan, you can assemble your own electrical kit for the VW T5, T6, and T6.1. The electrical box forms the basis, and you can expand it as needed with solar panels, LED lighting, and shore power.

Frequently Asked Questions
A complete camper electrical kit includes a central power distribution unit, a battery, a shore power charger, and, depending on your needs, a solar panel with a charge controller. With MobyVan, the electrical box forms the central unit, which you supplement with a battery, solar, and lights.
That depends on how you travel. At campsites with power hook-ups, shore power is sufficient. If you want to free camp, you'll need solar to recharge the battery during the day. A 120 to 150 watt module is enough for lights, a refrigerator, and USB devices.
The electric box works on the plug-and-play principle. The components are pre-installed on the base plate and the cable lengths are matched to the wheelbase. Basic manual skills and careful work are sufficient for installation.
The electrical box is delivered without a battery and works with common 12V batteries, allowing you to choose the capacity yourself. A battery holder for the VW T5 and T6 is available separately in our shop.
