Swivel seat base (driver or passenger side)

If you have two individual front seats, the swivel base for the individual seatfrom Sportscraft is the right choice. You choose the version for the driver or passenger side, and because it comes with general operating approval (ABE), it does not need to be registered. This means you do not have to visit the inspection authority (TÜV) after installation, but can start turning right away. The base fits the original seats in the VW T5, T6, and T6.1. Those who want to neatly conceal the visible mechanism can add the matching wooden trim, which encloses the base in black and creates a clean look.

Swivel base for the double bench seat in the VW T5

If the standard double bench seat is on the passenger side, you will need a specific console for it. It comes with full TÜV approval and a parts certificate, and the relevant TÜV certificate for registration is included. It is a precise fit for the double bench seat in the VW T5, T6, and T6.1. Only one of the two variants needs to be registered. The swivel base for the single seat comes with an ABE and is therefore exempt from registration, so you do not need to go to the TÜV.
